The room of technology leaders, where people can't be sold a bill of goods because they are responsible for the systems, budgets, security, and teams that must deal with every choice. Their questions are different: Will it integrate with what we already have? Will our people take it up? What would you do if it breaks?
We paid close attention, since these are the questions our clients ask, both verbally and otherwise. When these questions are asked, good software responds before the user does. The peak was the reaffirmation of a principle we live by: design for reality, not for pretty.
