Middle East – UAE Agentic AI Forum, Dubai

Our first room was where AI is headed in the future. The in-field discussion has begun moving away from AI answering questions to agentic AI, which can act on the customer's behalf, perform multi-step tasks and function within actual business processes.
This was the most direct form of listening that we could be doing as a team focused on creating AI products and workflow automation. We listened to what people in the room said about agents: where they were excited, where they were cautious, and how much they spoke about trust and oversight over agents or how fit they were for real operations, as opposed to just capability.
See the post on LinkedInWe learned that the really fantastic side to agentic AI isn't the technology itself but whether it may be made reliable within a real-world enterprise. That was the question we took with us all the rest of the way through the week.
